It took some coaxing, o.k. some forcing but Ashton played his second year of t-ball. He was a bit nervous to do it on his own, with Hunter being to old for T-Ball this year. All of Ashton's buddies from his school class were on the other team so he had to warm up to the idea. The first game was miserably cold and he was so nervous he made himself physically sick. The next game went much better. His team did really well. They were undefeated through the regular season.
The tournament was a "true double" you know because t-ball is soooo important! On the final day of the tournament we started first thing in the morning and ended up playing three games back to back since they kept winning. The last two games were against the same team since the other team hadn't lost and we had. The poor kids were so hot and tired. We would have been glad to just flip a coin and call it good. Ashton's team ended up taking 2nd place!
Ashton ended up loving it and did a great job!
